Redesigned in 1968, the Series II 1969 Dodge Charger boasted updated styling and was an icon of its day, offering drivers a powerful, stylish, and comfortable driving experience. The updated Series II cars featured an undivided grille, rounded taillights and hidden headlights. Today, the Charger is widely considered the most recognizable of 60's American muscle cars, with this example being among the finest of its kind.

Starting with an exceptional life-long California “black plate” example, this Charger was taken down to bare metal and treated to a full “nut and bolt” restoration by Legendary Motorcars, located in Ontario, Canada. All aspects of the comprehensive restoration were carefully considered, keeping historical accuracy and attention to detail and quality in mind with a restoration cost well exceeding six-figures.

It is offered with extensive documentation, including, Mr. Govier's inspection report, appraisal, VIN verification showing all six matching plates, prior ownership photos, and three “Part and Casting Numbers” books. It is accompanied by two sets of keys as well as factory dealership literature. This culminates into an unrepeatable 1969 Dodge Charger R/T that is ready for the show circuit, concours lawn or the local club gathering.
