The first modern roadster produced by the German automaker, the Z-3 made its introduction for the 1996 model year after being featured in the James Bond movie “GoldenEye” with the launch edition colors of Atlanta Blue over tan leather. The long bonnet, short tail proportions comprised retro touches inspired by the brand's classic 507 roadster, including the Coke-bottle curve from front to back and the gill-like vents in the front wings, carrying the BMW roundel.
Factory options include: M Leather steering wheel, white direction indicator lights, drink holder, seat heating driver/passenger, radio business CD RDS, hifi speaker system, preperation for BMW 6-CD Changer I-BUS, BMW Light Alloy Wheel Star Spoke 55, Chrome line Interior and Soft-top electromechanical semi automatic.
This particular Z-3 was purchased new at Rally Motors, Roslyn, NY and housed in Glen Cove, NY. Having always been serviced and has never been used in any inclement weather.
