Production of the Ghibli began with the coupe in April 1967. It is powered by a race-bred 4,719 cc V8 engine with dry-sump lubrication and two chain-driven camshafts per cylinder bank and produces 330 bhp.

Collector owned this Maserati Ghibli has been restored several years ago. Just recently, its owner has decided to sell to make room for another purchase. It has thus been fully serviced by Autosport Designs, Inc. to make ready for its next new owner.
