1987 Aston Martin

V8 Zagato

Javelin Grey with Black leather interior and Black carpeting, 26,000 miles from new, 5-speed manual ZF transmission.

This V8 Vantage Zagato has been one of my personal cars, its history and provenance is as follows. This model was originally introduced at the 1986 Geneva Motor Show it is 1 of only 50 produced for the world market. This example is the only V8 Vantage Zagato in the United States! This V8 Vantage Zagato was originally special ordered by Peter G. Livanos the then co-owner of Aston Martin Lagonda Limited. This is the only V8 Vantage Zagato built with a Shaker bonnet, further special items ordered include Wood veneer, Factory installed rollbar and potent 6.3 liter motor producing massive amounts of horsepower (480+) and over 500 ft. lbs. of torque. This V8 Vantage Zagato will sprint from 0-60 in just 4.5 seconds and reach just short of 200 mph.

This Vantage Zagato comes with all factory documentation including its original framed letter from then chairman Victor Gauntlett wishing Mr. Livanos good luck with his new Vantage Zagato. It is well known in the Aston Martin Club cirlcles and has been shown at several concours, Greenwich and Cranbrook to name just a few. This example is also featured in the book: Aston Martin by Schlegelmilch and Lehbrink.

It is complete with all books and tools and all records, it has been maintained exceptionally and will not disappoint in any way.
