Completed in November 1995, this F40 is 1 of just 349 manufactured and 1 of only 55 USA examples imported to North America by Ferrari. Originally delivered to Mr. M. Contos, this F50 was showed used and enjoyed. He showed the F50 at the Cavallino Classic IX Concours dElégance at Palm Beach/FL. In 2000 it was traded to Ferrari of New England and subsequently sold to Mr. L. Scafuri, MA. It returned to the Cavallino Classic X Concours in Palm Beach/FL in January, 2001. In August 2002 it was shown at the Concorso Italiano in Carmel Valley/CA. In January 2002, it once again returned to the Cavallino Classic XII event in Palm Beach/FL.
In 2003, this F50 was once again offered for sale by California dealer, Mr. J. Lyons. Purchased shortly thereafter in October 2003, this F50 and made its way to New York and the Ferrari collection of Mr. M.Srour.
In Mr. Srours care, this F50 has been cared for by both Ferrari franchised dealer Wide World of Cars and a couple of Ferrari independent specialists. It has been kept in absolutely superb condition, no expense has been spared to ensure this F50s being kept in concours condition cosmetically and ready at a moments notice to use and enjoy mechanically. It has been used and enjoyed at various Ferrari Club regional and National events while in Mr. Srours ownership and most recently at the 2015 Quail A Motorsport Gathering.
This F50 is complete with tools, books, pouches and complete service records. One of the finest F50s we have owned and immaculate in all respects.
