365 GTB/4 Daytona Coupe

Rosso Nearco with Tan Daytona seats with Black inserts and Tan carpets, Rare early limited production Plexi-Nose, Photo documented restoration, European version, Factory air conditioning and power windows, Documented by Massini.

This Daytona was completed at the factory on March 6, 1970. Subsequently, it was sold to its first owner Mr. Magnani, Bologna, Italy through official dealer Motor S.a.s. In April 1970 this Daytona was serviced at the factory. Shortly thereafter, it was sold and exported to the USA. Since being imported to the USA and as documented by Massini, this Plexi-Nose Daytona has enjoyed ownership by well-known and respected Ferrari collectors.

In 2014, this Daytona was delivered to Autosport Designs, Inc. We were asked to perform a concours quality restoration. The Daytona was stripped, no stone was left unturned, any and all metal work needed was performed to ensure the best fitment and gaps for the body/panels. All work has been photo documented. We were asked to go through the car and service as needed, where needed. It was in excellent mechanical and structural condition with approximately 1,000 miles since the engine was rebuilt and having the chassis, suspension and brakes completed by Prancing Horse of California.

Once completed, the Daytona was shown at the 2014 Amelia Island Concourse DElegance where it was deservedly awarded.

This rare Plexi-Nose Daytona is one of the finest examples of its kind. No expense has been spared to make this Daytona Coupe absolutely superb in every way. It is complete with books, factory jack, records and detailed ownership history.
