The power output is from a 3.8 Liter aluminum, Port fuel injected, Twin Turbo Charged and Intercooled Mid-Mounted Dual overhead cam 32 Valve M838T 90 V8 Engine producing 641 bhp @ 7500 rpm and 500 lb. ft. of torque @ 6000 rpm. Performance is 0-60 mph in 2.8 seconds, 100mph in 5.9 and a top speed of 207 mph. A quarter mile is achieved in 10.5 seconds! McLarens sublime technology is fueled from inspirational technology used in their world champion winning F1 race team. Their Seamless Shift dual clutch gear box and three powertrain settings (Normal, Sport & Track) are perfect derivatives of F1 tech.
The 650S is a thrill on the road with a ride quality in anything other than Track mode proving very comfortable! McLaren claims that the spider is as stiff in structure as its coupe counterpart, despite the 2-piece power soft top. The luscious interior, showing off carbon fiber and all the modern equipment we have come to depend on such as Sat-Nav, reversing cameras and Satellite radio seems so natural although in a supercar setting.
This one owner example comes complete with the original equipment, window sticker, books, tools and service records from new. A superb top down sports car for enthusiast use.
