Mustang Fastback

Brittany Blue with White Stripes over Black bucket racing seats, Restored, 5.8 liter 351 Windsor V8, 5-speed Tremec manual transmission, Marti report.

Originally a 289 Mustang sold in Oregon in November 1966, the previous owner installed a 351 Windsor V8 and a T5 Tremec 5-speed gearbox along with a new larger radiator and alternator in 2013. This was part of a full restoration to upgrade this Mustang Fastback into a tribute of past European/Rally Mustangs from the 1960s. The restoration included many vintage and period correct racing parts to mimic these European/Rally racing Mustangs. Items include door panels, roll-cage, original 1967 Sportex (Heuer) 60 and 30 chronographs, leather bucket racing seats, custom exhaust system, upgraded sway bars and front suspension, Borgeson steering rack, external battery cutoff switch, fiberglass bumpers, plexiglass lateral windows, bullet mirrors, Minilite wheels, bonnet clips, 4-point Sabelt racing harnesses, restored gauges and a FIA approved fire extinguisher. As part of the restoration, this Mustang was taken to bare metal and repainted in its original color of Brittany Blue and white racing stripes. All restoration work was managed by Sammy Denyer, Denyer Classics of London, England.

This 1967 Mustang Fastback comes with its Marti report showing original specifications. The previous owner purchased this Mustang in 2011 from the London Motor Museum, once undertaking the restoration, an enormous amount of time and money was spent. The quality and condition of this Mustang should be appreciated, you will be hard pressed to duplicate this Mustangs condition and specification for the asking price. This road/racing/rally Mustang is street-legal and complete for show or touring pleasure.
