Defender 110 By arkonik

Java Black with Grey Leather Upholstery, Crafted and Restored by Defender Specialists Arkonik, 3.5 Litre V8, 5-Speed Manual Transmission, 1,100 miles.

The Land Rover Defender 110 needs no introduction as one of the most iconic four-wheel drive vehicles of all time. Production of the model now known as the Defender began in 1983 as the Land Rover 110, a name which reflected the 110-inch (2,800 mm) length of the wheelbase. Outwardly, there is little to distinguish the post-1983 vehicles from the Series III Land Rover. The Defender 110 were modernized, including Coil springs, offering a more comfortable ride and improved axle articulation, a permanent four-wheel-drive system derived from the Range Rover, a modernized interior, a taller one-piece windscreen, and more.

This D110 was created and completely restored by world-renown Defender specialists, Arkonik in the UK. Absolutely nothing was overlooked as this D110, with only 1,100 miles on it since restoration, is in immaculate condition. Painted in rich Java Black, the Arkonic utilizes only premium components. These include the KBX grill/wingtop vents, accented by a satin black chequerplate. The upgraded NAS bumpers, chassis protection group, and Front Runner roof rack are a throwback towards Land Rover's infamous capability and utility.

The Arkonic team focuses on many small details when restoring a Defender. Rubber seals, hinges, brackets, and much more are new and fresh as would be found in 1986. The interior beholds gorgeous supple leather upholstery. All seating and door cards have been wrapped in premium leather, with heated Elite front seats. Other comfort features include the rare and desirable sunroof option and tie-up split rear seats. The center console has been updated to the Elite locking unit. The 3.5 litre V8 engine is coupled to a venerable T77 5-Speed manual gearbox. Other bespoke Arkonik features are Boost Wheels, BFG K02 Tires, Fire & Ice Side Steps, KBX Wingtop Vents (Zambesi Silver), Front Runner Roof Rack w/ Ladder, Front A-Bar, IPF Auxiliary Lamps, and Rear Work Lamp.

The D110 is complete with extensive documentation, such as Arkonic and Land Rover Certificates and Owner's manual. It is truly a pristine example of the D110 ready for immediate use on or off the road.
