Shelby Cobra 289 FIA CSX7000 Series

--Blue with Yellow nose stripe, Black interior, Black carpeting, 302ci engine with 4 downdraught Weber Carburetors and a 4-speed manual gearbox, Aluminum body, 800 miles.

The CSX7000 series cars were built to emulate the FIA289 Competition Cobras which were the final evolution of the small block Cobra roadster. Only five were built in 1964 for the Cobra race team, making them extremely rare and sought after today.

This Shelby Cobra Roadster CSX7000 series is documented in the Shelby registry and was sold new through Midwest Motorsports in Holland MI. Built with the following options: Aluminum body, quick jacks, outside quick fill fuel cap, Blue paint, Black interior, 302ci Engine, 4-speed manual gearbox, Oil cooler and Black rollbar. Notably, only 1 out of every 3 CSX7000 series cars are bodied in aluminum, making this example even rarer.

Ready for immediate use and a perfect addition to any garage or collection. Whether used for show field, racetrack, autocross or local cars and coffee event, this Cobra is a well-documented, iconic piece of automotive history and not easily duplicated in today's market.
