1965 Aston Martin

DB5

Aston Martin Midnight Blue with Fawn leather interior, Blue carpeting and Blue cloth convertible top, 5-speed ZF transmission, Rare Factory air conditioning.

This DB5 Convertible is well-known to Autosport Designs, Inc. having been my personal car many years ago and prior to its last ownerships. Sold in 2000 in excellent restored condition after just having won a Best in Class award at the 2000 Greenwich Concours, it was decided to completely disassemble this DB5C with the thought of making it a concours winner the world over. This said, if you read its accolades below, you will agree, the job was accomplished!

Restored by marque specialists Steel Wings, this DB5C received a body off restoration with absolutely no stone unturned.

It has been received the following concours awards as follows&

In 2012, we were lucky enough to have the ability to purchase this DB5 Convertible from its ownership and after having become a constant award winner, the world over. It was sold within only a few months time to a well-known collector/collection where it has been kept and loved until just recently.

Included with this DB5 are all receipts with regard to the restoration, Original Factory Build Sheet, Heritage Build Sheet, FIVA card, Owners Manual, Factory Brochures, Part Books, Factory Tool Roll, Factory Jack, Spare Keys, and Original type Fire Extinguisher.

Once again, this DB5C has recently returned to Autosport Designs and will be offered to the marketplace. This DB5 Convertible is ready for either concours or touring pleasure. It is extremely rare being 1 of only 19 left hand drive of 123 total factory production and absolutely superb in every way.
