Introduced in 1991, the limited production RS was meant for the pure enthusiast looking for an ultra-lightweight street version of the regular Carrera 2. Enthusiasts were seeking a more hardcore, bare basic performance road-going 911 chasing the heritage of the original 1973 Carrera RS.
This rare two-owner, low mileage and exceptionally well-kept 964 RS has remained in Europe since inception. The first owner from 1993 to 1996 residing in Luxembourg and then sold to its second and previous owner until present in France. This RS has never seen a racetrack and remains all original throughout. It was specially ordered with fog lights, Blaupunkt radio and a very rare 92-liter (24 gallon) fuel tank (standard was 77 liters / 20 gallon).The RS has always well serviced and maintained regardless of use and comes from the collection of a long-time European client of Autosport Designs, Inc.
